如何翻译夫妻共同财产、共同所有财产？

2020《民法典》第1062至1066条规定了夫妻个人财产、共同财产的大致内容。夫妻共同财产，如同字面含义，是指财产归夫妻共同所有，没有占比的差别。在英美法系，夫妻共同财产的概念为 Community property 或 marital property，其定义如下：

"Everything that a husband and wife or registered domestic partners own together. In most cases this includes 1) money or benefits like pensions and stock options that you now have which either of you earned during the time you were living together as husband and wife or a registered domestic partners; and 2) anything either of you bought with money earned during that period."

"Community property also referred to as marital property, are all assets and debts accumulated during a marriage. In community property states, any asset or debt acquired by either spouse is considered community property even if it was purchased with an individual's name only on the title of ownership."

如何翻译婚姻关系中的个人财产？

婚姻关系中的个人财产，通常指一方婚前所得的财产，或在婚姻关系期间，通过指定个人继承获得的财产。

"Separate property refers to assets that one spouse acquired before marriage or through inheritance and gifts from third parties (not your spouse)."
